10+ years modeling climate risk in Python, running remote sensing on Google Earth Engine, and building environmental-intelligence web platforms for government, business and international cooperation (USAID, European Union, GIZ, TNC).
Environmental Engineer and Master in Ecology with over a decade leading strategic climate-change adaptation and mitigation projects for government, private companies and international cooperation agencies.
I design and implement, in Python, remote-sensing and machine-learning pipelines, ecosystem-services models (InVEST), GIS and environmental-intelligence web platforms. As Executive Director of Corporación Cúspide, I conceived and built an in-house ecosystem of nine public digital products —four observatories and five platforms— on Google Earth Engine, FastAPI, React and AI.
My work goes from data to decision instrument: hazard–vulnerability–exposure risk matrices, web geoviewers, GHG inventories and spatial investment targeting, applied to climate risk, biodiversity, air quality, public health, water and low-carbon economy.
I complement practice with university teaching: I teach Low-Carbon Rural Development in the Master's in Climate Change at Universidad Sergio Arboleda and have trained 3,000+ professionals.
