Working in climate adaptation and risk since 2016 with government, industry and international cooperation (GIZ, European Union, USAID, TNC). I design hazard, exposure and vulnerability methods in Python and Google Earth Engine, using historical, El Niño/La Niña and projected climate scenarios, and turn them into public observatories and decision tools. Based in Colombia and open to remote work.
